For custom orders, please allow additional time for creating and finishing your bag.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our bags are handcrafted, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

• Please inspect your bag carefully when it arrives.

• Please share photographs of the product and packaging so we can understand the issue and assist you.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with the original tag intact to qualify for an approved return or exchange.

Once a customised or made-to-order bag has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Every Varinee Designs bag is individually handcrafted, and some designs feature hand-painted artwork.

Because of the handmade nature of our products:

• Minor variations in colour, brushstrokes, texture, or finishing may occur.

• The actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.

• These natural variations are part of what makes each handmade creation unique.

7. Terms & Conditions

• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

• Handmade and customised products may have natural variations.

• Product availability is subject to confirmation.

5. Payments & Orders

Our website currently serves as a product catalogue and enquiry platform rather than an online checkout store.

To place an order, simply contact us through the WhatsApp Me button associated with the bag you're interested in.

We'll confirm:

• Availability

• Delivery charges

• Estimated delivery time

• Payment details
  

100% payment is required upfront at the time of placing your order.

Your order will be confirmed once the full payment has been received.

For customised or made-to-order bags, production will begin after payment confirmation.
